Brooks will join the experienced trust department team in the management of a wide range of trust accounts and will also be responsible for business development.

“Expanding the Bank’s Asset Management and Trust Department has been our strategic objective since the Department opened in downtown Sacramento in 2002,” noted Chris Ann Bachtel, Vice President/Asset Management & Trust Department Manager. “Adding Laura to our team is another very significant step toward achieving this goal.”

Brooks attended law school locally, earning her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University, before relocating to Sacramento. She grew up in St. Helena, California, where her family continues to reside.
