Larry Miller is Senior Vice President/Human Resources Director of First Northern Bank. He joined the Bank’s management team in 2005. Larry began his career in Human Resource Management in 1995. He has been involved in various industries including Financial Services, Health Care, High Tech, and Manufacturing. His long list of experience includes: strategic planning, employee relations, policy and procedure development, compensation, performance management, benefits administration, recruitment, facilities, and regulatory compliance.

Larry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Chapman University.

Larry is a member of the Sacramento Sierra Chapter of the American Red Cross, where he serves as the Human Resource Committee Chairman. Larry is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
