Foy S. McNaughton is President and Chief Executive Officer of McNaughton Newspapers—Davis Enterprise, Daily Republic (Fairfield), Mountain Democrat (Placerville), Winters Express, Georgetown Gazette and Life Newspapers (El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and Cameron Park), a position he has held since 1985. He has served as Publisher of the Daily Republic since 1995. Mr. McNaughton has been a resident of Davis since 1973. Mr. McNaughton is a member of the Bank’s Audit, Compensation, Management/Governance, and Profit Sharing Committees.
