Foy S. McNaughton is President and Chief Executive Officer of McNaughton Newspapers--Davis Enterprise, Daily Republic (Fairfield), Mountain Democrat (Placerville), Winters Express, Georgetown Gazette and Life Newspapers (El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and Cameron Park), a position he has held since 1985. He has served as Publisher of the Daily Republic since 1995. Mr. McNaughton has been a resident of Davis since 1973. Mr. McNaughton is a member of the Bank's Audit, Compensation, Management/Governance, and Profit Sharing Committees.
