Meet the Team
The Client Solutions Center, located at the Operations Center in Dixon, consists of four Client Solutions Specialists: Courtnee, Malichanh (Mali), Nicole, and Laura. Each specialist works diligently to ensure the customer is given the best support possible. They all agree that the most rewarding part of their work is when customers know them by name. This recognition demonstrates in-house support delivers a more personalized experience for customers.
Strengthening Our Support
All four specialists feel that by being a part of the Operations Division, they can more easily access a variety of resources to help customers with their support needs. While the majority of questions are still Online Banking related, the Client Solutions Team is able to help customers with account-specific inquiries, open new accounts, assist with debit card inquires and much, much more! While Courtnee and Nicole are new to the banking industry, Mali and Laura have been with First Northern Bank for several years. ‘Veteran-specialist’ Laura has been with the Bank over 15 years, most recently as Operations Manager at our Fairfield Office, giving her a different perspective from newcomer, Courtnee, who has a background in customer service support. “I could not be more pleased with the diversity and the strong commitment each team member has demonstrated to deliver exceptional customer service with every call,” says Cathy Gorham, SVP/Operations Administrator. “Additionally, other members of the Operations Division have shown unwavering support of the Client Solutions Center and assist at every opportunity to ensure our customers receive only the BEST from FNB.”
