We are excited to inform you that First Northern Bank will launch an all-new Online and Mobile Banking platform on March 24, 2020.  The new platform will bring a whole new look and feel, added functionality, streamlined workflows and up to 15 months of transaction history.

 

System Downtime & Assistance
It is important to point out that there will be a period of time (we estimate Thursday, March 19 through Monday, March 23) where Online Banking will be in ‘View Only’ mode with current balances and current transaction details.  In other words, you will not be able to conduct transactions via Online or Mobile Banking during this system conversion period.  You will continue to be able to conduct transactions through ATMs, your First Northern Bank Debit Card, and TeleBank (800) 818-2447.

 

In addition, staff will be available throughout this conversion period at (877) 362-6000 to assist you:

Thursday, March 19:  8:00am – 5:00pm

Friday, March 20:  8:00am – 6:00pm

Saturday, Sunday & Monday, March 21 -23:  8:00am – 5:00pm

 

First Time Login

On March 24, you will be able to login to the new Online Banking system!  Just like today, you will access the Online Banking login from the Bank’s website at www.thatsmybank.com.  Enter your same User ID and Password that you currently use---the system will prompt you to change your Password. 

 

Verification of Contact Info

We strongly encourage you to be sure your contact information is up-to-date in the existing Online Banking system, as this will be the information that will be carried over into the new system.  Should we need to get in touch with you, your contact information will be important for us to have.

Internet Explorer Users

Effective April 7, 2020, Microsoft will no longer support Internet Explorer.  Please make it a priority to change your default browser to one of the following options so your ability to connect to Online Banking will not be impacted:  Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox.

 

Quicken, Quickbooks, & Mint Users

Prior to the conversion start date of March 19, if you use Quicken, Quickbooks or Mint, you will need to follow a few procedures to ensure your transactions will flow correctly between Online Banking and your financial software.  These procedures can be accessed via a large banner labeled, “IMPORTANT:  Quicken Users Click Here!” located in the top right corner of the Account Summary page in the existing Online Banking system.  These procedures are time-sensitive, so be sure to access them soon to ensure you are informed.
